Summary
This project includes student housing accommodations expansion for 680 beds (Phase I - 205 beds; Phase II – 475 beds), a city center and 3 neighborhood centers. Phase II includes the 7,000 SF Road Runner Café addition to the existing Dining Hall.
Spaces Provided
(8) 3-story Dormitory buildings with 2-bedroom & 4-bedroom units sharing a common living room, kitchenette & bathroom facilities, accommodations for disabled occupancy in each building, and infrastructure support spaces. The City Center is provided with student housing staff offices, conference rooms, laundry facilities, mail sorting & distribution facilities, computer work areas, study areas, lounge, game room, public restrooms & support spaces. The 3 Neighborhood
Centers are provided with laundry facilities, kitchens, study rooms, public restrooms and game areas.

The Roadrunner Café Addition consists of additional Dining Hall area, additional restrooms, dry storage room, beverage room, and expanded service area.
