| Summary | This project – originally complete on July 20, 2004 – has remained open to allow
warranty work to remediate water leak problems in the building envelope. In addition to the leak
remediation, work includes the replacement of the flat roofs, re-flashing of the barrel roof and the removal of the stucco on the north side of the 3rd level. |
