Request Service
As part of UTSA’s Lean Initiative, beginning January 1, 2011 all work requests must be entered using the iService Desk program. Once the work request has been converted into a work order, an email confirmation will be sent providing a work order number that can be used to monitor work progress.
Trouble Calls (also referred to as Institutional Services) include but are not limited to housekeeping, infrastructure, building operations, maintenance and grounds support.
Requests for Departmental Services, include but are not limited to event services, automobile and equipment maintenance, construction services, auxiliary enterprise and other special requests requiring a departmental signature. Departmental Services work is billed at the prevailing shop rate. For detailed billing information please refer to Facilities Shop Rates
