About Work Control
Work Control serves as the coordinating liaison between the University community and Facilities departments. Work Control is responsible for organizing, prioritizing and processing routine, requested and emergency services for 1604, Downtown and ITC campuses.
To Request Services
Work Control is a one-stop-shop for all your facilities needs.  Simply dial extension 4262 (458-4262) from anywhere within the Tri-campus to request services from professional Work Control staff ready to assist you.

Work Control can also be contacted through the TMA-iService Desk at http://facilities.utsa.edu:180/home.html or via email at workcontrol@utsa.edu to report maintenance concerns or Trouble Calls (also referred to as Institutional Services) including housekeeping, infrastructure, building operations, maintenance and grounds support.

Requests for Departmental Services, include but are not limited to event services, automobile and equipment maintenance, construction services, auxiliary enterprise and other special requests requiring a departmental signature and can be made by completing a Facilities Work Request Form at http://facilities.utsa.edu/Documents/workrequest.doc. Departmental Services work is billed at the prevailing shop rate. For detailed billing information please refer to Facilities Shop Rates.
Contacting Work Control  
Work Control is located at 1604 in the Facilities Annex, West Campus. Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  For after hours needs please contact Facilities Operations at 458-5277.
