Event Staffing Guidelines:
All functions require appropriate staff to ensure the health and safety of the event participants and sponsors, as well as cleanup after each event and monitoring of restrooms. The time billed to the event sponsor will require set-up time before and make-ready time after each function to return it to its original condition.

Additional staff is required when food and/or beverage are provided and when more than one room is used. Charges are for Facilities personnel, services and equipment, and do not include the cost of services such as food services, AV equipment, etc... Special arrangements are required for all events with more than 500 attendees.
