(August 31, 2018) – The construction project to rework the concrete surface in front of the Bauerle Road Garage Welcome Center is complete. The area often became slippery during wet conditions but thanks to Facilities teams, Engineering & Project Management, Planning and Development and Operations & Maintenance, the surface now has a new non-slip epoxy top layer. Despite some minor challenges, like keeping pedestrians off the surface long enough for it to dry, the work was successfully completed within five days. Well done Facilities for working so diligently to get the project completed before the start of the fall semester.
