(1 May, 2017) – – A three-month Facilities project to replace a substantial section of the roof at the Science Research Laboratories (SRL) will be completed in early May 2017. The roof work included a new Modified Bitumen Built Up roof system, mechanical curb improvements, flashing, trim, and downspouts. The roof enhancements eliminated slope and run-off concerns by including additional and larger roof scuppers that aid in the shedding of water from the roof. The replacement of the SRL roof ensures researchers, staff, and students have the proper environment to conduct their research.
