Beyond the Electricity Life with Brandon Hall

(August 3, 2021) – For a year and a half Brandon Hall has rolled up his sleeves to ensure campus electricity is running smoothly. Some of his responsibilities and duties have included troubleshooting small-scale electrical issues and changing lamps and ballasts all over campus. Brandon says, “This role has taught me to be adaptable and flexible. It has allowed me to build strong relationships that help me work well with my team.”

Brandon’s hard work has paid off with his recent promotion to Electrician II. He says, “I’m ecstatic about my new role and I look forward to learning as much as I can.

When Brandon isn’t working or studying at UTSA for his electrical degree, Brandon is spending time with his two-year-old son, wife, three dogs, and small group of close friends. One of his favorite hobbies is learning how to play the banjo. He says his wife recently gifted him a banjo. The next step is professional banjo lessons!
