BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICES PROVIDES FIRST-CLASS SUPPORT TO THE UTSA COMMUNITY AND FACILITIES TEAM
Business and Customer Services (B&CS) provides a wide range of customer support services to Facilities customers as well as internal support for Facilities business operations. These services include Contracted Custodial and Grounds services, Communications, Customer Service, Environmental Management, Facilities Service Center, Information Technology, Stores (Material Management), Quality Assurance, and Support Activities and Moves.
