Describe the activity, event, or outage and briefly explain the scope of work and how it will the campus community. E.g. Power Outage. No power to the entire building during the outage, to include emergency power.
Indicate the specific location(s) where the event will take place or affected by the event. E.g. Business Building; Tobin Ave. between Barshop Blvd. and Brennan Ave.; etc.
Provide the date(s) and time(s) of the event, outage, or activity.
Provide a brief description why the event is taking place. E.g. The water outage is needed to repair a damaged pipe that provides potable water to the building.
List names of customers, UTSA departments, and/or faculty staff the event was coordinated with. E.g. Electrical outage was coordinated with University Technology Solutions, UTSA Police Department, and Campus Services.
Upload maps, drawings, or any supporting documents that should be posted with the notification.
